Teaching
Secure In The Shepherd
Believers are secure because the Good Shepherd faithfully protects, keeps, and cares for His sheep.
Scripture
And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand. My Father, which gave them me, is greater than all; and no man is able to pluck them out of my Father's hand.
Truth
Jesus Christ securely keeps His people, and nothing can separate them from His faithful care.
Insight

- Jesus gives eternal life to His sheep and promises that no one can snatch them from His hand.
- The Shepherd's presence gives confidence even when His people walk through difficult valleys (Psalm 23:4).
- Believers can cast every care upon God because He continually cares for them (1 Peter 5:7).
- Confidence in God's protection enables believers to rest instead of living in constant fear.
Application
- Trust Christ's promises when fear and uncertainty arise.
- Rest in God's care instead of relying on your own strength.
- Bring your worries to the Lord, knowing that He cares for you.
- Encourage fellow believers with the assurance found in Christ.
